Role
Provide expert support for the implementation and validation of Model-Based Engineering (MBE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods within selected toolchains, contributing to Feature Team 15 (FT15) under the Next E2E MBE Line VII initiative.
Key Responsibility
- Develop an exemplar information set comprising integrated, coherent digital engineering data (MBSE models across multiple product breakdown levels, requirements, test artifacts, and cross-domain viewpoints).
- Support validation of the MBE framework and methodology in collaboration with feature teams (FT1, FT3, FT4, FT5, FT6, FT9).
- Deliver hands-on support for MBE/MBSE processes, methodologies, tool coaching, and technical tool usage.
- Participate in sprint and product increment planning; manage workload via a designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
- Conduct stakeholder management on relevant technical topics.
- Report progress and deliverables to the FT15 leadership team.
Requirements
Proven expertise in MBE/MBSE methods and supporting toolchains.
Strong knowledge of systems engineering and multi-domain integration (software, mechanical, electrical, performance).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
