Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator (Education)


We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator (Education) to support our education team in assuring the quality of pharmacy education and training.

Salary details: £26,476- £28,905 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits

Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach)

Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days a week), from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday


The Role


As a Monitoring and Evaluation Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the collection, validation and analysis of data from education providers to help us monitor and improve the quality of accredited programmes.


This is a varied role where you'll be working closely with a wide range of universities, training providers and awarding organisations, as well as colleagues across the GPhC. You'll be helping to ensure we gather accurate and timely data, resolve any issues that arise, and use insights to inform our quality assurance work.


This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in monitoring, evaluation and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to the regulation of pharmacy education that supports safe and effective patient care.


This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our pre-employment due diligence.


The successful applicant will have/be:


  • Enjoys working with data and has excellent attention to detail.
  • Can build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Is confident managing multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Can spot problems early and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Has strong IT skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to present information clearly.
