You’ll be someone who can remain calm, professional and compassionate in sensitive situations. You’re comfortable working independently, but also value being part of a supportive team. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care. You’ll also have:
- A full driving licence and confidence operating specialist vehicles.
- The ability to carry out regular manual handling tasks safely.
- A good standard of general education (GCSE or equivalent).
- An understanding of Health & Safety and HTA compliance, or a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work an alternating shift pattern, including some weekends and bank holidays. Experience in a mortuary, funeral service or healthcare environment is helpful but not essential - what matters most is your professionalism, resilience and commitment to treating every individual with dignity.
