redit hire, policy fraud, accidental damage, fire, and theft—across self‑drive hire, Motor Trade, and Fleet. You’ll take ownership of a caseload of high‑value investigations from start to finish, working closely with our Fraud Data & Insight Team and adjusting colleagues, while engaging directly with policyholders, brokers, and insurers.
This is a strategic role that demands technical expertise, investigative acumen, and strong stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for conducting video interviews, identifying and evidencing fraudulent activity, and collaborating with panel solicitors to secure the best outcomes for our clients. Your ability to interpret insurance schedules, apply Civil Procedure Rules, and produce clear, professional reports will be key to your success.
