The role
As a Motor Transport Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our mission-critical logistics operations, supporting the delivery and collection of equipment and personnel across various locations. This is a dynamic and hands on role where your driving skills will directly contribute to the success of military training exercises and operational readiness. Essential experience of the Motor Transport Driver:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. Day-to-day you’ll be:
- Driving Land Rovers and trailers for deliveries, collections, and radio exercises
- Carrying out maintenance tasks as specified in Level 1 publications
- Supporting vehicle preparation including cleaning, washing, and refuelling
- Assisting customers while equipment is on charge
- Performing general driving duties and washdown operations
Essential experience of the Motor Transport Driver:
- Military driving experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided
- Full UK Driving Licence
