Role Description
This is a multi disciplined full-time on-site role for a Joiner based in the Belfast Metropolitan Area. The Joiner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as 1st and 2nd fix joinery, flooring, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing and completing COTs. Using both power tools and hand tools, the Joiner will complete various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks. The role involves collaboration with other team members and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 3
- Skills in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
- Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Experience in COTs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is beneficial
- Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are a plus
