Job Description
Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled
Multi-Trade Joiner/Carpenter to join our in-house maintenance team. You'll be working on
responsive and planned repairs across wider Manchester area.
This is a
temporary position, but successful candidates may be offered a
permanent job
Main Duties
You'll be carrying out a range of joinery and multi-trade repair work, including:
- Hanging and repairing internal and external doors
- Splice repairs
- Basic locksmith work
- Repairing or replacing bathroom sub-floors and bath panels
- Kitchen unit repairs or refits
- Other general property maintenance jobs
What We're Looking For
- Good experience in joinery and multi-trade repair work
- Worked in property maintenance before
- Can deliver top-quality work first time
- Good with customers - polite, helpful, and professional
- Understand and follow health and safety guidelines
- Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team
Hours & Extras
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
- On-call/out-of-hours work may be required (paid extra)
