Job Title: Multi Trade Operative
Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: Up to £38,140 per annum (£16.52 to £18.28 per hour)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.

About The Role
Our repairs team are responsible for the provision of repairs and maintenance requirements for 5000+ housing properties and, multiple other council owned and or operated stock.
Essentially, As a Multi Trade Operative You Will Be Providing a Multi-skilled Trade Service On Repairs And Planned Maintenance And Organising Timetabling Allocated Work Consisting Of Various Multi Trade Tasks Including But Not Limited To
The working hours are 40 Hours a week 08:00-17:00 and once every four weeks the work pattern is adjusted to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 08:00-16:00, Wednesday 12:00-20:00 and Saturday 08:00-13:00.
