Job Location: Reading area.

Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours

This is an exciting opportunity for an Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions, within our planned works division, providing high-quality refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms within Social Housing properties.

This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An Outline Of Your Responsibilities And Experience

• Applications are invited from experienced multi‑skilled tradespeople with the knowledge and capability to carry out full kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, ideally with a strong plumbing background.
• The role involves kitchen and bathroom installation, along with additional tasks required to ensure the property is completed to a high standard at handover. These may include flooring, tiling, painting and decorating, and minor plastering. Electrical support will be provided as part of the project.

You will work daily from job tickets or a handheld device, using a live shared system to manage and update tasks

Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively to meet company targets

Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes

Ideally you will hold a trade qualification and the ability to work across multiple trades within live occupied tenanted properties

This role will require a DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required.
