About The Role

Are you hands-on, practical, and enjoy variety in your day? ClwydAlyn is looking for a Multiskilled General Operative to join our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll mainly support our electrical team, helping to keep our homes safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for our residents.

You’ll work alongside electricians, assisting with day-to-day tasks and site preparation, while also providing practical support to other maintenance teams when needed. From preparing work areas and moving materials, to helping with installations and general property tasks, no two days are exactly the same.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, likes being part of a supportive team, and wants to build experience within property maintenance and electrical services.

What you’ll do

• Support electricians with day-to-day tasks, including preparation, assistance on site, and general labouring duties

Prepare work areas and set up tools, equipment, and materials

Carry out general maintenance tasks, including flooring, basic building work, and site preparation

Assist with void clearances, kitchen and bathroom removals, and preparing homes for new tenants

Move materials safely and help keep sites clean, safe, and tidy

Update job information using mobile devices
