We are now looking for a Music Events Co-ordinator to join us for a fixed term contract, from September 2025 to March 2026, on an annualised contract averaging 21 hours (excluding breaks) per week over a rota of seven days. This is an annualised role, therefore, the number and length of shifts will vary week to week but will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The Role
As a Music Events Co-ordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of a busy programme of commercial music events at the Roundhouse and other venues.
Playing a key role in event co-ordination, you’ll be the vital ingredient that brings our events together, whether you’re updating systems, tracking ticket sales or ensuring event information is accurate.
You’ll liaise with clients, attend site visits, and act as artist liaison and event manager on the day to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
Additionally, you will:
- Help generate income for our charitable work
- Process artist and event paperwork
- Set up shows on internal calendars with ticketing and operational details
- Support health and safety, safeguarding and equality practices
- Represent the music team at internal events
About You
To be considered as a Music Events Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of event management, artist liaison, or similar
- Experience using a CRM and room booking systems/processes or similar
- An understanding of basic technical and production elements involved in live music
- Strong planning, organisational and project management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
