National Account Manager

Since we started in 2022, we’ve become the UK’s fastest growing cereal brand. We’re available in 3500 stores, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Co-Op, and Holland & Barrett.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a results-driven and customer focussed Grocery Account Manager to lead and manage grocery & high street retail accounts.

This role is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class customer plans, delivering financial targets, and supporting wider commercial projects that support the business ambitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Management: Own and lead the relationship with grocery retail accounts, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring a high standard of customer service and partnership (ie Morrisons, Co-Op, Holland & Barrett, Boots and more).

• Customer Planning & Sell-In: Develop and implement customer-specific business plans, including annual joint business planning, sell-in strategies, promotional execution, and in-store activations.

• Financial Delivery: Take full accountability for the delivery of revenue, margin, and other financial KPIs across your accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget management.

• Reporting & Analysis: Provide insightful analysis of customer performance, competitor activity, and category trends to inform decision-making and adapt plans accordingly.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and category teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of customer plans.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in managing grocery retail accounts.

• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial targets.

• Experience in negotiation, relationship management, communication skills.

• Data-driven with good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated to Bachelor's degree level

• +3 years experience in FMCG sales

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales forecasting tools

• Experience in working with category data providers
