Regional Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to support our Venues and Rapport teams across the UK.

About The Role
As a
Regional HSE Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across our venues and Rapport business. You'll work closely with operational leaders, providing expert advice and hands-on support to enable teams to manage their HSE responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide competent HSE guidance and support to operational managers across all sectors
- Communicate critical HSE messages and drive compliance across regional teams
- Lead and support incident investigations and enforcement responses in collaboration with HR and Legal
- Champion the implementation of corporate HSE programmes and initiatives
- Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to ensure compliance with Compass policies and procedures
About You
- Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within food service or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Allergen management is highly desirable
- Holds (or is working toward) an IOSH qualification (NEBOSH is advantageous)
- A natural leader—motivational, proactive, and results-driven
- Highly organised with sound judgment and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Honest, consistent, and respected by peers
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to regional travel across the UK
