As part of the expanded male player development programmes, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Talent Pathway Coaches to drive the growth of the highest potential players in Scotland.
The National Talent Pathway Coach works with high potential players (primarily years 1 & 2, aged 16-18) to ensure that they are suitably prepared on both technical and tactical aspects of the professional game. This role has accountability for the development of these high potential players through coaching, analysis and constructive feedback to prepare them for the highest levels of rugby.
We have 3 roles available: one each in Edinburgh, Glasgow and the west, and Caledonia. You will be asked to indicate which of these roles you would like to be considered for as part of the application process. You may apply for as many as you like, and please indicate a preference if you have one.
