As part of the expanded male player development programmes, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Talent Pathway Coaches to drive the growth of the highest potential players in Scotland.
The National Talent Pathway Coach works with high potential players (primarily year 3, aged 18-19) to ensure that they are suitably prepared on both technical and tactical aspects of the professional game. This role has overall accountability for the development of these high potential players through coaching, analysis and constructive feedback to prepare them for the highest levels of rugby.
this role will cover the west region and primarily be based in Scotstoun Stadium.
