About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven North East Asia Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts within the defence sector across the region. This pivotal role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key clients, and consistently achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and driving sustainable growth.
Fluency in both Korean and English is essential, along with the ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defence sector in NE Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders especially DAPA, ROKN and Korean Defence Primes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications And Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Korean defence sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
