We’re looking for a Network Architect to join our talented team. Your role will be to drive forward continuous improvement within our hosted, managed and customer networks. Reliability, security and stability is of paramount importance in every aspect of your role and will require you to have extensive technical knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver secure, high-performance network and infrastructure solutions.
- Deploy and manage firewalls, VPNs, and routing with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, and more.
- Optimise performance with traffic prioritisation, load balancing, and resilient WAN/BGP designs.
- Build scalable LAN/WAN, MPLS, and WiFi networks.
- Maintain core/datacentre systems and apply security best practices.
- Lead projects from design to delivery, mentoring junior engineers.
- Research emerging tech and set governance, standards, and templates.
What You'll Need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Expertise in Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, FortiAP) and SD-WAN design.
- Experience leading complex network projects, including campus networks.
- Knowledge of major network vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Extreme).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
