Network Support Engineer

Role: Zscaler +Fortinet firewall support Consultant

Location: Remote (UK)

Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Job Description:

• Experience in implementation / support / rollout projects, Experience in handling security incidents and escalating issues as needed. Familiarity with VPN technologies and SSL/TLS protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler's cloud security platform, including ZIA and ZPA functionalities.
• In-depth understanding of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and related technologies.
• Solid grasp of network protocols, security concepts, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving network and security issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and capable of planning self-work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
