New Business Development Manager - Revolving Spaces Platform

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Business Development Manager to spearhead the acquisition and growth of commercial landlords, asset managers, and agents across our cutting-edge prop tech platform, Revolving Spaces. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding property professionals who want to digitally transform how they monetise their empty spaces — from retail units and kiosks to filming locations, lobbies, media and underutilised assets.

This is a hybrid role that blends deep landlord relationship building, commercial drive, and tech-enabled growth strategies. You'll be responsible for aggressive lead generation, building strategic partnerships and working with the CCO to close whilst ensuring our clients maximise revenue through their SaaS-powered branded portals. We need someone who can hustle hard, deliver strong commercial results, and cultivate lasting relationships with senior property decision-makers.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
  • Drive aggressive outbound prospecting campaigns targeting commercial landlords, asset managers, and property agents using tech-enabled lead generation tools
  • Research and identify high-value prospects with suitable property portfolios and digital transformation needs
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across different property sectors using CRM automation and data analytics
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted digital campaigns, thought leadership content, and tech-focused positioning
Landlord Relationship Building & SaaS Sales
  • Own the full SaaS sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature and platform onboarding
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our tech stack and digital transformation capabilities to senior decision-makers
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with landlords, property directors, asset managers, and commercial teams seeking technology solutions
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales processes while building genuine trust and understanding of landlord operational challenges
Client Onboarding & Success
  • Work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure seamless SaaS platform deployment and integration
  • Develop digital onboarding systems, training materials, and best practice guides for new platform users
  • Provide ongoing account management and growth opportunities within existing client base using data-driven insights
  • Ensure landlords are set up for success and maximising revenue from their tech-enabled branded portals
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Gather market intelligence on prop tech trends, digital transformation initiatives, and landlord technology adoption patterns
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on market requirements and platform enhancement opportunities
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, SaaS proposition development, and go-to-market planning for new features
  • Represent the company at prop tech events, real estate technology conferences, and industry networking opportunities
What We're Looking For

We're after someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and full of energy — someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and wants to take real ownership. You'll be stepping into a big, high-impact role with room to grow — and we want someone who's hungry, a leader, and want’s to make things happen in the prop tech space.

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management, ideally within prop tech, real estate, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both relationship-driven and transactional sales processes with landlords and property professionals
  • Highly organised, outcome-focused, and gets things done quickly and well with a tech-enabled mindset
  • Confident managing multiple prospects and SaaS sales cycles at once — thrives under pressure and loves the hustle
  • Someone who loves to build landlord relationships from scratch and see deals through to platform deployment, with a can-do attitude
  • Isn't afraid to roll up sleeves to understand landlord challenges and position tech solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; great with people at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite property executives
  • Commercial mindset & tech champion - with a strong eye for opportunity, passionate about technology-enabled property solutions and digital transformation
