Youll receive excellent on-the-job training and, over time, will become an expert in social media marketing that will greatly increase your future employability in a fast-changing and ground-breaking sector.
This is a 6-month paid internship with the opportunity to progress to a permanent New Business & Project Coordinator position at the end of the internship, based on performance.
About The Role
Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to support our business development team in
streamlining sales processes and
project-managing pitch responses (including RFIs, RFPs, and creds). This is a crucial role that sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and operationsideal for someone who thrives on structure, process, and precise execution.
Youll play a pivotal role in helping the team respond to RFIs efficiently and effectivelywhile keeping all the moving parts of new business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management of inbound RFIs and RFPs
- Own and maintain our creds library, case study tracker and pitch resources
- Help create tailored creds decks and proposals
- Ensure all deadlines are met, with adequate prep time and quality control
- Manage admin and logistics around internal/external events, masterclasses, and new business meetings

- Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written skills and PowerPoint/Google Suite experience
- An interest in marketing, operations or creative project management
- Proactive and resourcefulsomeone who will spot gaps, opportunities to fine-tune processes and take initiative
- Eager to learn and contribute to the agencys growth
