The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated, specialist support to the Faculty’s New Music Convenors (currently Professor Martyn Harry and Professor Jennifer Walshe) in the planning and organisation of Faculty-run activities relating to newly composed and contemporary music activities. These activities are linked to compositional research and the composition syllabus at both undergraduate and graduate level, including concerts, workshops, lecture series, and other events. The postholder will also manage the Faculty’s musical instrument loans.
