My client, a community relations and stakeholder engagement consultancy, are looking for a Senior Account Manager, who has a passion for building trusted relationships, to join their team!


  • £40,000 + £50,000 + bonus
  • Hybrid working (3/2)

As an established Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the team and contribute to their continued success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with valued FTSE clients.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of client projects within established timelines and budgets, consistently maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Providing strategic communications counsel to clients regarding their stakeholder engagement and community relations strategies.


You will play a pivotal role in the team and contribute to their continued success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting political and community research to prepare stakeholder maps.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of stakeholder and political engagement strategies.
  • Coordinating and participating in community consultation events.
  • Meeting with local politicians and community representatives on behalf of clients.
  • Crafting compelling press releases and overseeing integrated media relations strategies.
  • Providing support with bringing in new business, including attending pitches
  • Generating consultation feedback reports.


Role Requirements

  • Excellent at project management, with strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience within mineral and renewable energy sectors would be a plus!
  • A strong understanding and experience of stakeholder and community engagement.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentational skills, including the ability to present complex industry information to target audiences.
  • Expertise at handling a range of media to communicate client messages.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate and line manage an account team.
