JSS are pleased to be partnered with a leading firm in the digital asset sector. This global business are a market maker, liquidity provider and trading firm in the Crypto world.
We are looking for a bright ACA looking to start their industry career in a fast paced and dynamic FinTech.
This position plays a critical role in supporting key technical aspects of the global finance operations, with responsibilities spanning IFRS reporting, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany transactions, and regulatory compliance in areas such as VAT, share-based payments, and transfer pricing. The role is instrumental in enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial processes, thereby enabling more informed decision-making within a dynamic, high-growth trading environment.
Role highlights:
- Financial Reporting & IFRS: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS; maintain documentation to support audits and internal controls.
- Consolidation & Intercompany: Manage multi-entity consolidation, intercompany invoicing, lending, and reconciliations.
- Tax & Transfer Pricing: Prepare VAT returns and support compliant, efficient transfer pricing policies with external advisors.
- Share-Based Payments: Account for equity and cash-settled schemes in line with IFRS 2.
- Systems & Processes: Use NetSuite to manage close and reporting; design process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Ideal candidate:
- ACA qualified with strong academics
- Trained in Big 4/Top 10 Audit environment ideally with Financial Services experience
- Exposure to trading, asset management, or capital markets preferred.
- Strong IFRS knowledge, especially in consolidation, intercompany, VAT, and share-based payments.
- Proficient in NetSuite and Excel; reporting/automation tools a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and confident working independently across teams and jurisdictions.
