As a leader in our Software Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the imagining, shaping, designing, developing, and implementing of cutting-edge digital applications tailored to address unique business challenges across several industries

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with working with modern architectural practices, such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-First Design, and Cloud-Native Architectures
Passion about technology and people, experienced in fostering collaborative and empowered high performing teams
The ability to effectively communicate emerging trends in technology and modern engineering practices related to applications, data, and artificial intelligence
Strong executive presence who can influence and engage stakeholders and teams effectively
Comprehensive end-to-end experience with enterprise-level agility, focusing on digital product development and delivery
