Inspire future talent and promote professional pathways in the built environment!
RICS is a global professional body that sets and upholds standards in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. With over 140,000 members in more than 140 countries, we influence how cities grow, how homes are built, and how resources are managed - helping create sustainable communities and tackle global challenges like climate change.
Our purpose is to ensure quality, integrity and sustainability in the built and natural environment. Our members make a real difference to society, and this role helps inspire the next generation to join them.
As a Next Generation Coordinator, you’ll help bring our Next Generation strategy to life by supporting events, education outreach and student engagement activities that showcase the profession and connect with future members. Working closely with the Education, Candidate and Matrics Leads, you’ll coordinate logistics, manage communications and act as a first point of contact for enquiries from schools, colleges, universities and early career members.
This role contributes directly to our mission by helping build awareness of professional pathways,
supporting diversity and inclusion and creating positive experiences for the next generation of professionals.

• Contribute ideas to enhance engagement and improve the overall participant experience.
This is a hybrid position, requiring flexibility to spend approximately 60% of your time in the office or at events and 40% working remotely.
You’ll be someone who enjoys supporting others, thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping young people discover rewarding careers. This is a hands-on, varied role where your contribution will help raise awareness of the profession and inspire future talent.
