We’re looking for a Client Executive to drive technology adoption across the NHS, delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and modernise healthcare delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has helped a start-up or scale-up establish its NHS footprint and now wants to replicate that success within a global technology organisation, working with industry-leading solutions in Digital Health Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, Data, AI/Analytics, and Mobile Applications.
The Role
As an NHS Client Executive focused, you will lead business development and strategic client engagement across NHS Trusts. You’ll shape and deliver technology-led transformation initiatives that help the NHS achieve its digital, data, and patient care objectives.
Total Contract Value (TCV): £5–7 million per annum across multiple contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow our NHS business across the UK, leveraging your experience building Public Sector practices for fast-growing technology companies.
- Drive adoption of our portfolio of digital health platforms, cloud-based infrastructure, AI/analytics solutions, and mobile applications.
- Develop long-term relationships with key NHS stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Clinical Information Officers (CCIOs), and transformation leads.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and engineering teams to tailor technology solutions that address NHS priorities such as interoperability, population health management, and digital patient experience.
- Manage end-2-end engagement across G-Cloud, NHS SBS, and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks. Support bid strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Stay informed on NHS funding priorities, digital strategies, and policy developments (e.g., NHS Long Term Plan, ICS digital maturity) to anticipate client needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in selling or scaling technology products within the NHS, ideally in areas such as digital health, cloud, data, or AI/analytics
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales, business development, or client engagement experience in a healthtech environment, delivering into NHS UK
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, digital transformation programmes, and procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, NHS SBS, CCS)
- Established relationships across NHS Trusts and NHS England-affiliated organisations
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and clinical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a passion for healthcare innovation
- Knowledge of emerging trends in cloud adoption, data interoperability, AI-driven insights, and mobile health applications.
