This newly created position places you at the centre of a high-impact NHS delivery service, ensuring patients move through assessment pathways smoothly, safely and without delay.

You’ll bring pace, structure and empathy to a complex and evolving service — leading multidisciplinary teams, resolving escalations and driving performance improvements that truly matter.

🧩 What You’ll Be Responsible For

✔️ Full operational leadership of NHS assessment pathways

✔️ Service performance planning and delivery with internal and external stakeholders

✔️ Safeguarding and escalation oversight, including complaints and incidents

✔️ Data-driven improvement across patient journey and capacity management

✔️ Management, coaching and development of supervisors and operational teams
