We are recruiting a
Night Lead to join our team based in Nottingham, at Chetwynd House Care Home. You will be joining the team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home, offering high-quality residential and dementia care.
You will oversee daily routines, manage care plans and assessments, run the keyworker system, and ensure accurate documentation and medication handling is in line with best practices. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, take part in care shifts when needed, and support team development through mentoring and supervision. Your role is key in fostering a calm, engaging, and respectful environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued, while upholding confidentiality, ensuring compliance, and championing Adept’s vision of creating an outstanding place to live and work.
About the Night Lead role:
We are recruiting a Night Lead who will be committed, warm and friendly and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service to our residents.
- Salary up to £35,185 Annum
- 40 Hours a week
- Alternate weekend work required
What we are looking for;
- Experience of managing a team in a care home setting (essential)
- NVQ level 4 (or higher) in health and social care (essential)
- Proven extensive experience in dementia care (essential)
- Driver with License and Own Vechile (essential)
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Experience working on an electronic care planning and medication systems
- Good understanding of dementia and the impact the diseases may have on the person and those around them
