A Night Porter carries out general cleaning duties and delivers an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring back of house areas are clean and safety guidelines are observed.
What will I be doing?
A Night Porter will also be required to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean, and observe COSHH and health and safety guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Carry out fire walk and make sure all fire exits are free. Report any areas of concern.
- Clear the floor of any rubbish or plates left along the corridor
- Checkin/checkout guests offering excellent service at all times
- Be the first point of contact for all guests. Delivering very high standard of customer service.
- Respond to guests needs and requirements in a professional manner.
- Assist guests with their luggage
- Respond to all Room service requests in a professional way.
- End of the day PMS functions including cash and credit card balancing.
- Cleaning and setting up of meeting rooms.
- Plus any other job assigned to you by the Night Manager/Management

A Night Porter serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous kitchen portering experience in similar role
