Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Manager located in Chelsea. The Night Manager will oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, conducting nightly audits, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel. The Night Manager will also supervise the night staff and ensure that all guest services and housekeeping tasks are completed satisfactorily.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and operations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
