A job opportunity has arisen on the Hatton ward. We are looking for a NIGHT NURSE who is just as enthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to all of our surgical patients, as we are!
This job role is multifaceted and will perform a vital function within the emergency division. It will also include the opportunity to develop of a vast range of clinical skills, knowledge and experiences.
The role will be challenging, yet rewarding and good organisational skills will be required. Experience in this field is not necessary, as we aim to promote an educational and supportive environment for all and therefore training and support will be provided by the team every step of the way.
The posts are permanent and consists of providing care to patients across a variety of surgical specialities. Both full and part time hours will be considered.
To deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or medical treatment.
The post holders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, and implementation and evaluation of the programme of the care.
The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.
