About the Role
Complete welfare checks throughout the night on individuals following their individual care plan
Support them to do personal care while encouraging independence
Ensuring we are keeping the residential homes clean and tidy
Provide physical and emotional support for our individuals during a waking night shift
Accurately reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform
Safely administer medication to individuals when required once full training has been given
Working Times
2 week rolling rota
Night shifts: 21:00/22:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Pay Scale
Your hourly rate will increase to £13.57 - £13.75 with the Loyalty Attendance Bonus.
Each month your pay will increase by 1%. For example, if your starting hourly rate was £12.80, after 6 months this will rise to £13.57.
*The Loyalty Attendance Bonus assumes that you have no unplanned absences*
** Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**
