Male Waking Night Support Worker in Kings Heath
£12.31 per hour.
Permanent 20 hours per week
Night Shift: 9:45pm-7:45am. Flexibility and working some weekends essential

12 months experience within a CQC and Autism
A supported living service for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Some of the individuals who we support may also present with Behaviours that may be described as challenging.

Support Worker duties:
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
Any successful candidates will be required to undergo and enhanced DBS and provide satisfactory references, this role is exemt from the equality act 2010
