This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced
Nightwear Designer to join our fast-paced Womenswear Non-Clothing team on a
12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating trend-led designs, with inspiration drawn from travel and research.
You'll be responsible for pushing creative boundaries within the category, working with multiple fabrications to produce elevated designs that resonate with our diverse customer profiles. You will work closely with Buyers, Merchandisers, and Product Technologists, balancing your keen eye for design with commercial awareness.
A key part of your day-to-day will involve researching the latest trends and communicating your findings to your team and senior stakeholders. You'll also brief suppliers, nurture key relationships, and support the entire design process, from initial range planning to final product selection.
To succeed in this role, you must have a wealth of experience in nightwear design and a passion for creating tasteful, brand-appropriate products that our customers will love.
The Team
You will be joining an amazing team whose enthusiasm for design and elevation being the main focus. A wealth of experience across multi-fabrications and innovative progression is one of the many plus points of joining this team. You will be situated within our amazing Design Studio, over-looking the pond in the central part of our Head Office Campus.
About You:
We're looking for a creative and approachable Designer who can drive the design direction for our Women's Nightwear. You should have a clear presentation style and a passion for this area of fashion.
You'll bring:
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional taste and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of nightwear design
- A keen eye on the market, with knowledge of key brands and a desire to push our design direction forward
