We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and bright candidates with a customer service and network engineering background to help us grow our network and continue to make our customers happy.
The critical nature of the infrastructure will require you to work both quickly and carefully. You will need to thrive in a varied and sometimes unstructured environment, be able to provide support to customer service teams, provision services alongside field engineers, resolve issues alongside field-based maintenance team, configure network equipment, and most importantly of all to empathise and turn a potentially unhappy customer into a happy one.
