The tax group plays a critical role in some of the most high-profile and complex matters globally, advising on transactions, group restructurings, investigations, and disputes. Working closely with experts across corporate, disputes, finance, and antitrust, you’ll be part of a fully integrated team delivering strategic, cross-border solutions for leading clients in sectors such as finance, tech, real estate, and energy.
