What You’ll Do as Nursery Manager
In This Exciting Leadership Role, You’ll
- Champion the EYFS, ensuring effective planning, learning experiences, and record keeping
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families
- Work closely with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external partners
- Lead a thriving nursery, influencing occupancy, driving quality, and maintaining compliance
- Support, mentor, and develop your team — identifying training needs and helping each member grow
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- GCSE Maths
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Experience working within a nursery environment
