About The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in our nursery setting. Your responsibilities will include planning and preparing engaging activities tailored to meet each child's individual needs while maintaining effective communication with parents and staff. You will be essential in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop. Additionally, you will take on key worker responsibilities, keeping detailed developmental records, positively managing children's behaviour, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment. Your commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing will be paramount, as you will adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time role.

You’re enthusiastic about working with young children and committed to delivering exceptional childcare. With strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills, you create positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues alike. You may already hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or be actively working towards it, and you understand the importance of safeguarding, inclusivity, and child development. You’re flexible, reliable, and approach each day with patience and positivity.
