Nursing Team Leader | Ward and Day Case unit | Full Time | Permanent | Regency-Macclesfield
Spire Regency is now recruiting a Staff Nurse to join their team on Day case and Wards

Duties And Responsibilities
- Ability to lead and coordinate on daily basis.
- Troubleshoot and raise concerns to the Ward Manager or Matron
- Support the nursing team, HCA’s, and Ward Manager
- Delegate work to others.
- Competent to make safe discharge decisions working with our consultant team
Who We're Looking For
- Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Previous experience working in a surgical environment is desirable
- Possess the mandatory training requirements for role including infection control and health and safety competencies
- Basic workload / shift management
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to build effective relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong teaching skills
- Flexible approach to work and working patterns
