At the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), we’re all about improving outcomes for people using the NHS and other public health and social care services. We produce evidence-based guidance, develop quality standards, and provide a range of information services.
Are you passionate about organisational development, culture change, and creating workplaces where people can thrive? Do you believe in the power of values-led leadership, restorative practice, and inclusive transformation? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!
As our OD People and Culture Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture at NICE. Reporting into the People Relations and Culture Team Lead, you’ll work across the People Services team and wider organisation to deliver impactful OD interventions that support our People Strategy, transformation agenda, and new ways of working.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and facilitator—designing and delivering OD projects, supporting leadership development, and embedding our values and behaviours into everyday practice. From team development and coaching to culture diagnostics and EDI strategy, your work will directly influence the colleague experience and help NICE continue to be a brilliant place to work.
In this varied and impactful role, you’ll contribute to shaping a positive people experience across NICE by delivering expert OD support and driving forward our cultural and organisational goals.
