We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Bids Administrator to join our team in Bristol. This role will involve supporting the Bids & Marketing team in creating and submitting bids for new business opportunities as well as assisting with various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of high-quality bid documentation, ensuring all submission deadlines are met
- Conduct research and gather information to support bid responses
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for bids
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Help maintain the company's website and social media accounts
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and events
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a bids or marketing role is desirable but not essential
