This reports directly to the Advice Service Manager. This is office based working Monday – Friday 08:00 – 13:00, the role will provide administrative support to all teams within Citizens Advice Solent East, carrying out diverse tasks including but not exclusively, receiving referrals from external partners/agencies, maintaining any project specific appointment diaries to provide cover and is responsible for raising any concerns with Advice Service Manager.
This is a busy and pressurised role so will require resilience and initiative-taking, strong collaborator with excellent people skills. Flexibility and adaptability to manage workload.
