  • Manage day-to-day office tasks, reception duties, and supply orders
  • Monitor attendance, generate reports, and manage the Centre calendar
  • Ensure safeguarding protocols, site access, and visitor protocols are followed
  • Open and close the site in line with operational procedures

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, and digital tools
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a busy school or healthcare setting
  • A vigilant approach to safeguarding and child protection

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with MIS platforms
  • Experience working in SEN, healthcare, or education environments

  • Company pension and sick pay (up to 6 days per year)
  • Access to PerkBox
  • Friendly, supportive, and professional team culture
  • Real opportunity to make a difference in families’ lives
  • On-site, child-focused working environment

How to Apply:

If you’re an organised, friendly, and mission-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we’d love to hear from you. Submit your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you’re the right fit for this role.
