The RSK Group is looking to recruit a
part time Office Administrator for the
Glasgow office. This is a permanent part time role 20 hours per week Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming external calls,
- Fielding visitors’ and callers’ queries,
- Managing the switchboard, placing calls and taking messages
- Responding to email requests and enquiries
- Maintaining meeting room, electric vehicles and hot desk calendars
- Making car hire requests
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging couriers
- Ordering office stationery, tea, coffee and milk supplies
- Raising purchase orders
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager as required
- Support RSK businesses when required
- Oversee day-to-day operations including maintenance and repairs
- Support the office manager and safety officer to implement and monitor the company’s Health and Safety Management system, ensuring compliance with legal regulatory requirements.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and Teams
- Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Willing to undertake any training relevant to the role
Salary and Benefits:
- £13,500 pro rate based on 20 hours per week (£27,000 FTE)
