Our eCommerce department is a very fast paced environment but prides itself in supporting each other to achieve deliverables. We are a passionate and innovative team who work hard and are true advocates of the NEXT brand and our big name partner brands!
We have some NEXT "lifers" in the team with over 30 years of combined experience from a variety of backgrounds meaning we have a real mix of inspiration brought to the table. This position is a part time position, 25 hours per week, based in the office full time.
About The Role:
As an Office Administrator you will work as part of the eCommerce department, supporting the effective running of the Manchester Office by:
- Maintain office space housekeeping escalating to appropriate department e.g. facilities/maintenance/Tech/H&S
- Supporting office moves and refurbs
- Arranging department social events and activities in line with the Leicester Admin team
- Manage the ordering of department stationary and office equipment supplies
- Ensuring all office equipment is in working order
- Meeting room and catering management - booking and maintenance
- Support with external Visitors to the Manchester Hub and will cover reception type duties.
- Keep track of the desk booking system
- Security Pass Management - A unique system where passes have to be created and organised.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensuring the Manchester Office has a constant supply of sundries.
- Ensuring First Aid book is available and all incidents are recorded correctly and submitted to Health & Safety.
- Due to the nature of the role, the role will be office based
About You:
- Minimum 2 years Office Admin/reception experience.
- Strong PC literacy - Google/G Suite.
- Self-motivated with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
- Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work alone.
- Possession of a confident but helpful manner.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
