What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Office Coordinator within our R2c division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business, located in Sheffield, UK. In this role, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the office premises. In this role, you will be reporting to the Office & Contracts Manager.
How We Work
As an Office Coordinator, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in office and home office setup
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products and stationery
- Assisting with postal deliveries and collections
- Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses
- Preparing meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments and coordinating orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings
- Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works
- Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements
- Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies and assisting with risk management and assessments
- Managing and processing building access including issuing/managing security key fobs
- Assisting with annual audits, both internal & external
- Helping to implement and enforce security measures across the r2c business
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and be required to collaborate with other areas of the business.
- Scheduling internal events, including sourcing suppliers/locations, coordinating supporting marketing material and overseeing the event
- Supporting with generating automated payment reminders and making follow-up telephone calls to customers
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail with a consistent standard of quality.
- Self-motivated and reliable in delivering on commitments.
- Strong IT and computer skills.
- Organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Ideal candidate needs to be flexible and understand last-minute business requirements.
