Job Overview

As an Office Junior, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our law firm. You will assist with various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide essential support to lawyers and other staff members.

Please note: This is a temporary contract, for a period of around 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

– Support legal staff with document preparation and case management.

– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal protocols and standards.

– Perform any other duties as required by supervisors or legal staff.

– Dealing with file closing procedures.

– Opening new files, including completing necessary AML checks/onboarding protocols for new clients.

Qualifications

– Secondary school GCSEs and/or College A Levels or equivalent; additional office administration or legal studies qualifications are a plus.

– Dealing with file closing

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
