About The Role

• You will manage the day-to-day operations of the school office and admin function, including supervising and supporting the administration staff, maintaining accurate pupil and staff records using school systems and ensuring compliance with Trust policies . You will coordinate school communications and organise events, transition and meetings in collaboration with the wider school team.
• You will be also be providing PA support to the Executive Principal including diary management, meeting preparation, minute-taking and drafting correspondence, reports and presentations. You will act as a liaison between the Executive Principal and internal and external stakeholders.
• The role also involves managing all aspects of the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment, including processing applications, organising and conducting tours and open days, maintaining records and acting as the first point of contact. You will also support the school’s outreach and engagement strategies.
