As an Office manager & Wellbeing specialist, you will manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.

*** This is a part-time on-site role with a 50% occupation rate (20 hours per week)***



Responsibilities:


As an Office Manager & Wellbeing specialist, your impact will be:

  • Manage first-line soft services to the site, full responsibility for managing the office, reception area, meeting rooms, and all external vendors, including cleaning services, coffee & food services, office maintenance, etc.
  • Assist with company welfare activities
  • Manage executive calendar and schedule meetings
  • Provide general admin support to the office
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Greet, assist, and direct interviewers, visitors, and employees.
