We're an innovative law firm that specialises in media, technology, and intellectual property.
Our Office Services team in London is at the heart of everything we do. It makes sure the office runs smoothly and supports our people to work effectively. The team’s main duty is to provide administrative and workplace services support to all staff in the office. This includes occasionally supporting the Hospitality team, especially during the hosting of events.
The Office Services team is made up of three Assistants and one Coordinator, who all report into the Operations & Facilities Manager.

This role is based in our London office on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.15pm. Due to the nature of the role, hybrid working is not available.
You may occasionally be required to work earlier (from 8am) or later (to 8pm-10pm) to support events.
About you
Do you love looking after people and providing the best level of customer service possible?
Are you highly organised and efficient?
Do you enjoy being busy and using your initiative to solve problems, overcome challenges and improve service levels?
Do you have a good working knowledge of core Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) and strong oral and written communication skills?
Have you worked for at least 6 months in an office or busy receptionist role, or gained equivalent relevant experience in a similar role?
